Noah’s Ark are moving from the previously managed property at 1283 Malvern Road, Malvern which was recently sold off market.
Noah’s ark have signed a 5 year lease with options and were drawn to prominent ground floor location, benefiting from an existing fitout that they will be able to reconfigure to suit their needs. The office suite was leased at a gross rental of $584/sqm including 10 allocated cars spaces.
