The latest Kew East property leased by GormanKelly is Suite 2, 677 High Street, Kew East.
The building, already home to tenants such as A2 Milk and Greencap, will soon be joined by food safety IT outfit Monika.
Monika have signed a 3 year lease with options at a starting rental of $450/sqm net plus outgoings and GST.
This new lease comes on the back of other recent transactions in the area including Ground Floor, 718 High Street and 3 & 9 Strathalbyn Street.
